When we first meet you

When we first meet with our clients, we go through a six-step process (as identified by the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa) to work out a way to best serve them. This process includes: establishing and defining the professional relationship, gathering information and identifying goals, analysing and evaluating a client’s financial status, developing and presenting recommendations, implementing them, and then reviewing and revising the changes to ensure they are up to date and relevant.
